great staff but location feels distant
The staff were exceptionally welcoming and offered great advice on local attractions. The breakfast spread was quite impressive, providing a variety of delicious options. I appreciated the cleanliness of my room, which had a refined finish that added to my comfort. Additionally, I found the bike rental service convenient and well-maintained, making it enjoyable to explore the area.
It would be helpful if guests were reminded to be quiet when leaving early in the morning, as others might still be sleeping.

The peaceful location and the immaculate rooms caught my attention! However, the bathroom door’s glass design was a bit too revealing for comfort. Still, had a relaxing stay exploring the area. 😊

The good, the bad, and the unexpected
This hotel offers superb amenities such as modern rooms and a delightful breakfast. The friendly staff were always ready to assist with local tips. A foosball table added unexpected entertainment. Nonetheless, the location felt a bit distant from the city center. All things considered, a pleasant stay!

missingWrote a review on 17 Octempty minibarunwelcoming staff
the room was absolutely bare, and the empty minibar didn’t help at all, considering it was a supposed 4-star hotel. upon arrival, the front desk staff greeted me with a frown instead of a smile. woudl ve been nice to feel like a special guest, but I guess I’m just like everyone else here. I just couldn’t give a good review.

missingWrote a review on 13 Octprivacy compromise
The annoying glass-wall bathroom design severely compromises privacy. After days of waiting, the A/C never worked, and the bed felt too firm with uncomfortable pillows, challenging the way I could sleep through the night.

It was just an appropriate option for a short layover in Bruges and good value for money. The bicycles we rented were well-maintained and made our exploration enjoyable. Bring your own coffee and tea supplies since these aren't provided.
